OverviewAs a Senior Product Designer, you will own end‑to‑end design projects, collaborating with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. Your work will shape how fans browse, buy, and experience events across 20+ global markets.
Responsibilities- Use information architecture and interaction design to lead design deliverables through the full project lifecycle.
- Conduct user/market, usability and competitive research as needed.
- Document user types, scenarios, journeys, flow and decision maps to convey vision.
- Generate storyboards, prototypes, animations and interactive assets with minimal supervision.
- Leverage AI tools for accelerated design exploration and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Perform internal QA tests to ensure deliveries meet initial design specifications.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Product Management for measurable UX decisions.
- Translate long‑term vision and strategic business goals into compelling design solutions.
- Stay informed on best practices within the mobile app landscape.
- Proven experience in UX, interface, mobile app, and interaction design.
- Strong visual design skills and ability to produce compositionally strong solutions.
- Proficiency with Figma and/or industry‑leading design tools.
- Experience with pattern libraries, design systems and high‑traffic B2C e‑commerce mobile apps.
- Knowledge of Swift, CSS, React or similar technologies is preferred.
- Understanding of grid, layout, typography and graphic design best practices.
- Experience with usability testing and reporting.
- Creative problem‑solving, excellent communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to juggle simultaneous requests and manage deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a self‑directed learner with curiosity about emerging tools.
