Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
2-7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM consulting, specifically with Oracle EPM Cloud modules such as PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, and EDMCS.Functional Knowledge:
Strong understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and account reconciliation.
Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in EPM Automate, Smart View, Data Management/FDMEE, Calculation Manager, and knowledge of scripting languages like Groovy or SQL is highly valued.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written) are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients
