Business Systems Manager

The International Center of Photography (ICP) is the world’s leading institution dedicated to photography and visual culture. Through exhibitions, education, public programs, and community outreach, ICP provides an open forum for dialogue about the power of the image. Since 1974, ICP has presented more than 700 exhibitions and offered thousands of classes at every level. ICP’s integrated center on the Lower East Side brings the school and museum together in one space as a cultural anchor of Essex Crossing.

The Business Systems Manager supports ICP's business systems, CRM platforms, and institutional reporting infrastructure. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role partners with departments across the organization to analyze data, manage system integrations, develop reporting solutions, and improve data accessibility for operational and strategic decision-making.

This position plays a key role in strengthening ICP's reporting capabilities, data quality, system connectivity, and business intelligence functions. The Business Systems Manager serves as a primary resource for institutional reporting and works closely with Development, Marketing, Membership, Education, Public Engagement, Finance, and other departments to ensure data is effectively connected, interpreted, and leveraged across the organization.

• Experience with Power BI, semantic models, Microsoft Fabric, and related business intelligence tools.
• Advanced SQL querying and data modeling experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Raiser's Edge, Hub Spot, Acme Ticketing, or similar systems.
• Microsoft, Power BI, SQL, or related certifications preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business systems support
• Experience working with CRM systems and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Four (4) or more years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, business systems administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting CRM platforms and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data governance and best practices.
• Experience developing dashboards, reports, and reporting solutions for operational and strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a collaborative environment.
