Location: New York
Zones IT Solutions is looking for an L2 Desktop Support professional to provide on-site support in New York, NY. The candidate will handle desktop issues focusing on Windows and Mac OS, while ensuring optimal desktop performance and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, as well as solid communication and teamwork capabilities.
