Minimum qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience working with the You Tube ecosystem, creator economy (viewers, creators, advertisers), or music/media landscape.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
- Experience communicating and collaborating, including presenting to executive audiences.
- Understanding of You Tube Live ecosystem (viewers, creators, advertisers, developers) and the live streaming industry.
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities and subject matters.
- Excellent business sense with problem-solving and analytical skills (SQL).
The You Tube Business Product Activation Team is responsible for bringing product to market and market to product. The team works closely with both business and product leaders to scale adoption of You Tube products across the partner and creator ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include designing go-to-market strategies, identifying and prioritizing product activation opportunities across the business, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving execution on product activation across segments, understanding needs of partners and creators to provide product teams with market feedback and prioritization to shape product roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.
Our Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO) team covers a range of products and features across Shorts, Gaming, Community, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), Creation, and Live. We ensure You Tube’s long-term success, collaborate with product teams to advocate for and prioritize the needs of You Tube creators and partners on behalf of the You Tube Business organization, and help drive adoption of products and priorities across segments and verticals.
You will interact with key stakeholders, senior executives, and cross-functional leaders as you drive alignment on product strategy and execution and launch products that creators and viewers love. In this role, you will focus on You Tube Live. We’re working to make You Tube the best place to create, discover, and interact with live streams and hope you’ll join us on that mission!
You will focus on activating You Tube Live features, which broadly includes live creation, consumption, discovery, monetization, and live responsibility features to help creators and viewers make meaningful real-time connections.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $153,000–$222,000 plus bonus, equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additional compensation will be discussed during the hiring process.
