As a Managing Consultant - AI Powered Change Management in New York, you'll own the build, the sales, and the client delivery. Simultaneously. On real projects.

This role is on the Associate VP track — tied to performance, not the calendar.

• Consultant with 7–10 years of experience who has been quietly building AI tools on the side because your current firm is too slow. You've sold work before and liked it. You know pharma or life sciences well enough to hold a credible conversation with a CCO.

• You need a team to ship something. You prefer decks over demos. You need a blueprint before you start working.

You start embedded in one of our existing practice teams — real clients, real projects from day one. P&L ownership and AVP title come when the business warrants it, not on a fixed calendar.

You can expect excellent project work and a trusting atmosphere with your colleagues supervisors where you are challenged to contribute to impactful projects across the Project, Program, and Portfolio Management service spectrum of our NY-based team.

Mentoring from senior professionals and engagement in an active exchange of knowledge with over 600 consultants worldwide in forums and special expertise groups.

The salary range for this position is $168,000 to $180,000 per year and total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package described below. We expect total annualized compensation for New York City-based employees to be approximately the following:

• Base salary between $168,000 - $180,000 p.a.. Placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level
• Annual discretionary performance bonus between 0-30%
