Compensation:
Pay Range: $128,500-$173,750 Per Year
- Join our team in a dynamic role responsible for overseeing disaster recovery and major incident response operations.
- Based in New York City, this full-time position involves coordinating IT service restoration and ensuring business continuity.
- The role requires expertise in generic technology management and strong leadership skills.
- Coordinate disaster recovery and major incident management efforts, ensuring effective communication and task assignment.
- Lead cross-functional teams during incidents, managing recovery actions and overseeing communications.
- Maintain readiness by validating playbooks and ensuring operational continuity during incidents.
- Oversee disaster recovery plan execution and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Conduct post-incident reviews and recommend improvements for operational resilience.
- 8 years of experience in IT operations or incident management roles.
- Proven leadership in major incident response and disaster recovery.
- Strong understanding of recovery strategies and business continuity concepts.
- Effective communication skills with executive presence.
- Availability for after hours, weekend, and holiday incident management.
