As our Product Design Lead, you’ll lead the creation of intuitive, elegant UI/UX experiences for finance and accounting teams.

New York City HQ, 7 World Trade Center

• Own the end-to-end design of the Dual Entry platform – from web to mobile.
• Translate complex workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces.
• Create and evolve a scalable component-based design system in Figma.
• Work closely with product and engineering to ship quickly and iterate often.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to improve usability.
• Help define our design culture and constantly find ways to improve product development speed.

• 6+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end.
• Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems.
• Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail.
• Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions.
• Bonus: experience designing fintech, accounting, or enterprise SaaS tools.
• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.

• Equity: $50,000 - $75,000.
• Base salary: $150,000 - $225,000.
