Senior User Experience Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who thrives in fast-moving, high-ownership environments and is excited to shape how people interact with next-generation AI products. You will own end-to-end design across GNOMI’s products, working closely with Product and Engineering to bring complex systems to life through intuitive, elegant experiences.

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across mobile and desktop—from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes
• Design clear, scalable user flows that translate complex data, AI outputs, and workflows into intuitive experiences
• Drive design strategy and articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners in an agile startup environment
• Conduct and synthesize user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, components, and style guides
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and consistency across all touchpoints
• Partner with Engineering to ensure seamless handoff with precise specs and assets

• 6+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role
• Proven ownership of end-to-end product design, from concept to launch
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma(components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Strong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience working in fast-paced, iterative product teams
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and real-world impact

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Miro, Framer, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and modern front-end workflows
• Experience designing AI-driven, B2B, mobile, or data-heavy products
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers

• Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000 (final offer based on experience and expertise)
