Job Summary:

Coast is a company that makes APIs visual, allowing companies to create instant previews of integrations for customers. They are seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer with frontend development experience to support technical sales, understand customer goals, and build technical proofs of concept for prospective customers.

Responsibilities:

• Become a Coast subject matter expert addressing questions, concerns and requests

• Build technical PoCs for our prospective customers pre-sale

• Help support onboarding, training and technical solutioning post-sale

• Have a deep understanding of customers' technical challenges and help solve them with Coast’s platform

• Identify product gaps and opportunities based on customer needs for our roadmap

Qualifications:

Required:

• Located in New York and able to work in office

Preferred:

• Bonus: you’ve worked at an API-first company previously
