We are looking for a proactive entry level I.T. Support talent with a focus on I.T. infrastructure design and development, to join our dynamic IT team to support our teams to strive in their daily work.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the set up, maintenance and support of our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, and optimal network performance.

This talent will also support basic hardware troubleshooting for our teams in the building.

• Assist in troubleshooting network issues and providing timely technical support to end-users.
• Monitor network performance and quickly respond to alerts to minimize downtime.
• Help maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Document and track network incidents and resolutions using a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to implement network upgrades and improvements.
• Participate in the installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
• Support basic hardware troubleshooting on daily basis

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in network support role is a definite plus
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills and abie to work under pressure.
• Team player with good approachability and communication skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a must (Cantonese is a plus);
  Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus
