This contract role supports desktops for private practice clients, maintaining hardware/software inventory, installing and configuring devices, and ensuring network connectivity.

• Maintain detailed inventory of hardware and software at private practices.
• Assist computer users with installation of basic hardware/software and networking components.
• Image workstations and validate application functionality.
• Deploy workstation setups with proper cable management.
• Assist/lead site deployments for end‑user hardware roll‑outs.
• Image machines and provide Windows 11 upgrades.

• 2–4 years of overall experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency with Windows 11, Office 365, imaging, active directory, and Citrix/VDI environments.
• Experience with ticketing systems and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer‑service, listening, questioning, and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, logical thinking, and ability to absorb new technical concepts quickly.
• Ability to remain composed and effective under stressful conditions.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Overnight:
Sunday‑Thursday 12 PM (midnight) – 8 AM; 35‑hour work week. First 2–4 weeks of training on the day shift (Monday‑Friday 9 AM – 5 PM).

$24.00 – $25.00 per hour.
