Desktop Support Engineer

We are seeking an End User Services Engineer to join our Information Technology team in New York City. In this highly visible, hands‑on role, you will support traders, executives, and research teams in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment while helping drive operational excellence across the firm's technology landscape.

• Provide white‑glove technical support across Windows, macOS, mobile devices, market data applications, conferencing platforms, and enterprise productivity tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and user access issues while managing onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint administration.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, process optimization, documentation, and proactive system maintenance.

• 2–4 years of IT support experience, preferably within financial services, with strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and ITSM platforms.
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments, user administration, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN), and collaboration technologies such as Zoom and Teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with the ability to provide high‑touch support to demanding business users in a fast‑paced environment.
