What You’ll Do

• Work closely with our Product and Engineering team to build out new features for the platform.
• Assume leadership of new projects; from initial concept to deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, and provide solutions

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience.
• Experience with ruby on rails, view component, hotwire, turbo, stimulus, and react.
• Experience working with a growing team and early stage startup.
• Compensation: $150,000 - $225,000 + equity, total package based on experience.
