Our AI agent joins live video calls, runs personalized product demos, reasons through prospect questions, clicks around the product in real time, qualifies leads, and routes them into the CRM — 24/7, in any language. We're a small, fast-moving team replacing a slow, manual part of the sales motion with autonomous agents.

What you’ll doOwn the post‑sale journey: get customers live on Karumi quickly, prove value fast, and turn early adopters into renewals and references. You're the person making sure the AI demo agent actually performs in each customer's world.
Responsibilities- Onboard new customers — connect their product, train the agent, get demos running.
- Drive adoption, monitor demo performance, and step in before issues become churn.
- Own renewals and expansion; spot accounts ready to grow.
- Be the voice of the customer back to product and engineering.
- Have 2+ years in CS, onboarding, or implementation at a B2B SaaS company.
- Are technical enough to configure a product and troubleshoot integrations.
- Communicate clearly and stay calm when something breaks.
- Like building the CS function, not just running a script someone gave you.
Nice to have: early‑stage experience, familiarity with sales/GTM tooling, multilingual.
