• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience repairing computers or electronic devices is a plus.
• Ability to learn technical processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues on computers, laptops, servers, and other electronic devices.
• Perform repairs, upgrades, and component replacements when possible.
• Test equipment functionality and ensure devices meet quality standards.
• Install, update, and configure operating systems and software as needed.
• Assess incoming technology for resale, refurbishment, or recycling opportunities.
• Clean, sanitize, and prepare devices for resale.
• Document repairs, testing results, and inventory information accurately.
• Organize and manage refurbished equipment within the warehouse.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to process incoming and outgoing technology devices.
• Follow established procedures for quality control and data security.

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
