Position Summary

Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in New York, NY:
Sr Analyst, Digital UX Designer. The role involves designing, delivering, and driving key user experience and user interface design activities across multiple web and digital platform environments. Telecommuting is available for multiple positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve complex design issues using application consumer products and design thinking to achieve simple, elegant solutions within web development projects.
  • Strategize vision, process flows, site maps, wireframes, design assets, style guides, prototypes, and collaborate with developers to deliver industry‑best digital experiences.
  • Align product architecture designs and technology to understand audience, consumer, and customer demographics and behavior.
  • Analyze data from usability testing, draw conclusions, and meet benchmarks, accessibility standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop knowledge of customer journeys, personas, and segmentation within portfolio value streams.
  • Utilize user‑centered design approaches with cross‑functional teams to create concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Partner with accessibility, research, and content strategy resources to ensure solutions meet all users’ needs and iterate based on research and analytics.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure highest quality application design.
  • Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate needs into roadmaps, journey maps, service blueprints, and prototypes.
  • Facilitate design workshops to build alignment across teams.
  • Ensure solutions deliver user value while maintaining business viability and technical feasibility.
  • Convert workshop insights into clear problem statements, product/service concepts, and testable prototypes.
  • Deliver innovative web and digital platform solutions that meet business needs by integrating information, process refinement, and technology.
  • Identify opportunities to increase internal process efficiency by applying novel technology concepts.
  • Work in a fluid environment, define and own engineering priorities that adapt to larger goals, and communicate effectively with partners.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Engineering, Design Management, or related field.
  • Completion of a graduate‑level course, research project, internship, thesis, or work experience covering:
    • Advanced design planning methods and audience implications
    • Comprehensive product development strategies covering value propositions, customer segments, partnerships, production sources, marketing strategies, and distribution channels relevant to UX research
    • Contrast between innovation and speculation
    • Innovative problem‑solving creativity
    • Fast sketching, data visualization, and narrative crafting
    • Research via interviews, focus groups, contextual inquiry, surveys, and questionnaires
    • Web application user experience design
    • Development of wireframes and prototypes based on end‑user feedback and human‑centered design principles
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Compensation

Base salary range: $/year to $/year. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program and an equity award program.
