Role Overview
The Mobile Device Technology Specialist will provide technical assistance to agencies, with a focus on various mobile and wireless initiatives. The role requires technical knowledge of mobile technologies such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and equipment's such as IOS and Android.
What You Will Do- Provide support on daily Service Now incidents/requests
- Work closely with carrier account teams and wireless personnel
- Troubleshoot various issues
- Provide user-level technical support
- Troubleshoot communications issues
- Perform inventory control functions

Requirements- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Four years of satisfactory full‑time experience related to information technology service management, process management, operations
- Ability to troubleshoot various issues
- Technical knowledge of mobile technologies such as Mobile Device Management (MDM) and equipment's such as IOS and Android
