The position is a Paid Media Manager, you will work with our cross-functional strategists, overseeing campaigns across various channels with a strong focus on performance marketing across search (SEM), social, and programmatic by using both Google Ads and Meta campaigns. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week working on-site in Long Island, NY. No exceptions.

• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns in Google Ads or/and Search ads 360, including Shopping and You Tube.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta/Facebook Ads Manager).
• Proven track record with SEM and paid social campaign execution, optimization, and strategy.
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Solid background in digital marketing across multiple channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
