The Manager, Discovery, will lead a team of Discovery Analysts responsible for delivering strategic audience, market, and campaign insights through Nexxen’s proprietary insights platform, Discovery. This role plays a key part in helping clients and internal stakeholders translate data into actionable business recommendations that support strategy, planning, and digital media activation.
The ideal candidate is both a strong people leader and strategic thinker who can balance team management, client-facing storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. This person will serve as a subject matter expert on Discovery capabilities, partner closely with Sales and Client Services teams, and engage directly with clients to understand business objectives and deliver meaningful insights that drive decision‑making.
In addition, the Manager will help shape the evolution of the Discovery platform by partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback and support ongoing product innovation.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead, develop, and mentor a team of Discovery Analysts, ensuring high‑quality execution and strong team performance
Manage team workload, resource allocation, and project prioritization across multiple concurrent initiatives
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team
Create and deliver insight‑driven reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for Nexxen’s clients
Translate complex data into clear, compelling, and consultative client narratives
Partner closely with Sales, Client Services, and other cross‑functional teams to support client strategy, campaign planning, and business growth initiatives
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate insights, recommendations, and market trends
Drive proactive analyses that uncover opportunities, solve business challenges, and support marketing and sales strategies
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to support strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and platform releases
Participate in RFP and business development processes by contributing strategic insights and Discovery‑based recommendations
Stay informed on industry trends across analytics, advertising technology, audience insights, and digital media
5+ years of experience in analytics, research, marketing strategy, audience insights, or a related field
2+ years of people management experience
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proven ability to develop compelling, client‑facing narratives and presentations
Experience working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Interest in advertising technology, analytics, big data, and digital media
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Experience with in the programmatic advertising ecosystem
Background in research, analytics, agency strategy, account management, or social media strategy teams
Experience working with client‑facing insight or measurement platforms
Familiarity with audience targeting, campaign measurement, and media strategy concepts

Pay range:
The minimum and maximum full‑time annual base salary for this role is $110,000 – $135,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation depends on a wide range of factors such as skill set, experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
