The Opportunity

This role will support workforce data initiatives by helping ensure information used for reporting, analytics, and business decision-making is accurate, consistent, and readily accessible. Working across HR and technology functions, the HR Data Analyst will play a key role in maintaining data integrity and supporting enterprise reporting needs.

What You'll Contribute
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve the quality, consistency, and usability of workforce data.
  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives by validating underlying data and resolving discrepancies.
  • Document data definitions, business rules, and mapping logic to promote alignment across systems.
  • Assist with the movement and reconciliation of information between HR applications and enterprise data platforms.
  • Collaborate with HR, reporting, and technology teams to understand requirements and support data-related solutions.
  • Participate in ongoing efforts to strengthen data governance and reporting processes.
Environment & Tools

The role operates within an HR technology ecosystem that includes platforms such as Workday, E360, and Snowflake. Prior experience working with HR systems and enterprise data environments is highly valued.

Background We're Seeking
  • Experience supporting HR data, reporting, analytics, or data management initiatives.
  • Understanding of data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance practices.
  • Ability to work across both business and technical teams to gather requirements and address data-related challenges.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR platforms, data warehouses, and reporting environments.
  • Experience working in financial services/banking industries.
