• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of Overall IT experience.
• Experience:8+ years in AI/ML, with at least 2/3+ years focused on GenAI, Agentic AI, or multi-agent systems.
• GCP Proficiency:Deep expertise in Google Cloud services (Vertex AI, Big Query, GKE, Cloud Functions).

  Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern software engineering practices (APIs, microservices, CI/CD).
• Leadership:Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex, enterprise-scale projects.
• Platform Strategy & Architecture:Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design patterns for agentic systems using Vertex AI, including Gemini models, Agent Builder, and Big Query.
• Agent Development & Deployment:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of intelligent agents, focusing on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, tool execution, multi-agent orchestration, and autonomous decision-making.
• Governance & Security:Establish guardrails, auditability, and traceability for AI systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., in utility, finance) and managing "human-in-the-loop" fallbacks.
• Infrastructure & Dev Ops:Manage GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes Engine (GKE) for agent scalability.
• Stakeholder Management:Translate business objectives into actionable AI technical requirements, working closely with Cybersecurity, Legal, Risk, and Product teams.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
