About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst with strong Business Intelligence (BI) skills for enterprise‑level projects. The role involves building dashboards, analyzing trends, and supporting data‑driven decision‑making for U.S.
-based clients.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Write efficient SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define KPIs and deliver insights.
- Present findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with governance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Familiarity with Python or R for data wrangling and analysis.
- Understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level BI dashboards and analytics projects.
- Understanding of U.S. client expectations and collaborative team environments.
Salary range: $95,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on skills, location, and client requirements.
