As a Senior Product Associate in the Global Banking - Payments Sales Experience Product Team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, launching, and optimizing products that harness the power of agentic AI and data‑driven insights. You will leverage user research, customer feedback, and advanced analytics to fuel the creation of innovative, intelligent products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including users, data science, engineering, and business stakeholders—to deliver seamless, AI‑enabled experiences that set new industry standards, and re‑imagine experiences for speed and scale.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partners with Quad:
    Design, Product, Data and Technology teams to identify and prioritize new product opportunities that leverage agentic AI, advanced analytics, and automation to address evolving customer and market needs.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new features on the overall product experience, including data, compliance, and operational impacts.
  • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform a strategic, AI‑enabled product roadmap and provide insight on features that deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics—including adoption, automation rates, cycle time, and business impact—across the product development life cycle, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Writes clear requirements, epics, and user stories for features, collaborating with engineering, data science, and design teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Champions responsible AI practices, including model governance, risk management, and user transparency, throughout the product lifecycle.
Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, or a relevant domain area
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, with hands‑on experience in AI‑driven, data‑intensive product or complex integration environments.
  • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery of intelligent or automated features.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn data analytics, agentic AI concepts, and data literacy to inform product decisions and measure impact.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across cross‑functional teams (engineering, data science, UX, business).
Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities
  • Demonstrated strong desire to grow and actively contribute to the advancement and innovation of AI/ML products.
