Position Summary
As a creative problem‑solving leader on the Core Solutions Consulting team, the candidate will design solutions for the most valuable client problems. As a Core (account) Solution Consultant, you will partner with 2–3 Account Executives as a technical lead and coordinate with a team of technical experts on Digital Media and Experience Platform (DX) to craft solutions and vision that pursue prospects’ most meaningful business challenges.
You will work cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to craft sales plays, use‑cases, and technical solutions that articulate the value of Adobe’s Digital Media and GenAI advancements, showcase the end‑to‑end value of the Adobe Experience Platform, and drive innovation for Adobe. Depth of technical knowledge of Adobe solutions will be key to your success.
- Partner with the Adobe Account team (AE/NAM) to set the strategy, vision, and technical solution for Digital Media customer opportunities to maximize benefits and establish a baseline for value realization.
- Drive the technical ecosystem to understand customer needs, match them to Adobe technology, and communicate the value this solution will deliver.
- Coordinate key deliverables and programmatic artifacts to ensure that the account reaches sales goals, working with specialist Solution Consultants (DX, DC, FF, Substance, Frame.io) as required.
- Provide technical risk analysis, updates, and consultation on structural updates to the broader team and ecosystem.
- Engage in workflow design discussions, marketing events, partner relationship development, and presentations to C‑level executives.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Digital Media solutions; customer‑side experience is an asset.
- Strong prioritization skills: strategize with the account team to schedule activities that drive revenue impact and meet quarterly/annual quota.
- Self‑initiative and desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent presentation skills, including storytelling and audience engagement.
- Strong collaboration and deep understanding of the sales process.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience in problem resolution, critical thinking, and project confidence.
- Ability to work cooperatively with clients, delivery, and implementation teams to create technical success and define a path to value realization.
- In‑depth knowledge of Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Express, etc.) and Adobe experience platform tools.
- Experience with low‑code environments (Power Automate, Workfront Fusion, Zapier) and API knowledge.
- Understanding of Adobe’s mobile and web applications (Fresco, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Functional knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications.
- Design discussions and workflow planning.
- Marketing events and partner relationship development.
- Build and deliver presentations, demos, and documentation at the C‑level.
- Project confidence and competence, with a focus on customer support.
The U.S. pay range for this position is $178,200 – $289,000 annually. In New York the range is $199,600 – $289,000. Compensation may vary by location and include base salary, commission (for sales roles), and, in some cases, long‑term incentives.
