Digital QA Lead – Media & Entertainment
Location: NYC / Remote
Responsibilities- Define and own the QA strategy, test plans, and overall testing approach.
- Estimate testing efforts accurately and align them with delivery timelines.
- Lead end‑to‑end testing across digital platforms and applications.
- Perform integration testing across multiple systems and modules.
- Execute API testing for RESTful services and system integrations.
- Validate backend data using SQL to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain and enhance the automation regression suite.
- Analyze and resolve automation failures to ensure stable execution.
- Manage test cases, execution, and reporting using test management tools.
- Track defects and quality metrics using JIRA.
- 10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Mandatory experience in the Media & Entertainment domain.
- Knowledge of Programming and International Programming Sales highly preferred.
