Oracle HCM Cloud Product Specialist

HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated Oracle Fusion US Payroll Consultant to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. This consultant will support payroll implementation, configuration, and processing within Oracle Fusion HCM. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in US payroll processes, taxation, and reporting, along with hands‑on experience in system configuration, integrations, and data migration.

• Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Payroll components, including payroll definitions, Legislative Data Groups (LDG), payroll relationships, and calendars.
• Execute end‑to‑end US payroll processing activities including payroll runs, Quick Pay, retro pay, and flow execution.
• Ensure accurate setup and compliance with US payroll taxation (Federal, State, and Local taxes such as FIT, SIT, FICA, FUTA).
• Design and maintain payroll elements, including earnings, deductions, balance feeds, and classifications.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll calculations, eligibility logic, and tax rules.
• Administer garnishments and deductions, including child support, involuntary deductions, and benefits‑related deductions.
• Perform year‑end payroll activities including W-2 processing, payroll balancing, and tax reporting.
• Create and maintain payroll reports using OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Support data migration activities using HDL/Spreadsheet Loader for payroll data uploads.
• Work on integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems such as Benefits platforms and payroll providers (e.g., ADP).
• Prepare functional documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and provide UAT support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement enhancements.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion US Payroll Configuration
• Expertise in US Payroll Processing and lifecycle management
• Deep understanding of US payroll taxation and compliance
• Proficiency in Payroll Elements, Balances, and Fast Formulas
• Experience with Garnishments and Deductions management
• Knowledge of Year‑End Payroll Processes (W-2, tax reporting)
• Strong reporting skills using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Experience with HDL and payroll data migration
• Familiarity with Integrations (Oracle Fusion external systems like ADP)
• Ability to create functional documentation and support UAT activities

• Experience working in onshore client environments in the US or Canada
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in EST time zone
• 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
