DealCloud CRM Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Deal Cloud CRM Manager to join one of their investment banking and advisory clients in New York City. The Deal Cloud CRM Manager will support strategic initiatives for its Private Capital Advisory team and will own and drive the optimization of the firm’s Deal Cloud CRM platform. The individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, data teams, and technology to enhance workflows, reporting, and overall platform effectiveness.

This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days a week onsite in the NYC office.

• Act as the primary business owner and SME for the Deal Cloud platform
• Define and execute CRM roadmap aligned to business goals and user needs
• Partner with front‑office teams and internal stakeholders to identify workflow and process improvements
• Drive enhancements across dashboards, reporting, automation, and user experience
• Evaluate and implement new features, integrations, and capabilities
• Lead user adoption through training, documentation, and change management
• Serve as escalation point for platform issues and enhancement requests
• Create best practice materials and improve overall platform utilization

• 4‑10 years' experience in CRM management, business systems, or enterprise applications
• Experience working in a financial services related environment
• Hands‑on experience with Deal Cloud (supporting with configuration, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data management)
• Strong understanding of deal lifecycle, pipeline management, and relationship tracking
• Experience leading CRM enhancements or transformation initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or related field
• Deal Cloud experience within investment banking, PE, asset management, or alt investments
• Familiarity with Celeste AI functionality and use cases
• Experience with CRM governance and data quality
• Exposure to automation, workflows, and CRM integrations
• Experience driving platform adoption or change management
