The candidate will provide expertise in credit bureau data, capabilities, and help navigate the ingestion of data sources across our ecosystems. The individual will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors and manage the end‑to‑end project life cycle for deliverables that support marketing campaigns, strategic planning and other functions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and govern consumer credit bureau data initiatives supporting marketing, analytics modeling/segmentation, and regulatory research (FCRA, CFPB).
  • Lead complex projects and process design in a highly regulated environment, ensuring audit readiness, strong controls, and on‑time delivery.
  • Own data quality, governance, and compliance for critical vendor data assets, ensuring regulatory and policy adherence.
  • Design and maintain process automation, maker/checker audit controls, and MIS reporting to improve efficiency and data integrity.
  • Serve as a credit bureau and FCRA subject‑matter expert; translate technical and regulatory concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Partner cross‑functionally and with vendors to deliver compliant, high‑quality data solutions and manage performance.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting (Tableau, SQL, SAS, Snowflake) to support insight generation, oversight, and decision‑making.
  • Independently manage priorities, adapt to ambiguity, and drive results with strong ownership and follow‑through.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and escalating control issues with transparency.
Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of in‑depth knowledge of consumer credit bureau data and the FCRA regulatory space.
  • 6–10 years of project management experience, including process design, auditing controls, and delivery within a regulated industry.
  • Hands‑on expertise with process automation and audit (maker/checker) and data visualization (Tableau, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency in project management techniques, process reengineering, and quality assurance and data governance.
  • Cloud experience via Snowflake and other platforms for evolving data sharing, oversight and audit needs.
  • SQL, SAS, and other coding/reporting languages are a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical information to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strategic direction and management of credit bureau initiatives for marketing expansion, analytics modeling/segmentation, and regulatory research.
  • Governance of vendor data quality and compliance protocols.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration to ensure data quality and process oversight.
  • Advanced computer competency in Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, campaign management tools, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to multi‑task, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a continually evolving environment.
  • Self‑starter and self‑learner, comfortable in ambiguous situations.
  • Innovative approach to marketing processes and technology, challenging traditional assumptions.
  • Vendor partnership and performance management experience.
  • Rapid assimilation and reporting of complex information.
  • Strong project management skills for developing and implementing new programs.
  • Organized, goal‑driven, with strong communication, presentation, leadership, and influencing skills, including interaction with senior management.
  • Decisive thinker who partners with internal and external stakeholders to support successful projects and production processes.
Education
  • Bachelor’s or university degree.
  • Industry certifications strongly preferred (Agile Kanban, PMP, Lean, etc.).
