Location: New York
Do you want to help define the future of Go-to-Market (GTM) for Amazon AI Services and Amazon Bedrock? In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and deploying targeted strategies to accelerate customer adoption of Amazon purpose built AI Services, including Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Polly, Amazon Textract, and Amazon Bedrock.
Responsibilities- Engage product managers to influence product direction and help customers utilize Amazon AI Services, working backwards from key use cases such as Voice AI.
- Develop GTM plans, lead customer engagements, drive external/internal evangelism, and develop scale assets.
- Define go-to-market strategy, lead cross-functional initiatives to expand existing markets and identify new opportunities.
- Conduct market sizing, build an opportunity pipeline with global counterparts, work with customers to understand technical requirements, create content to train field teams, drive industry thought‑leadership, work with product teams to define new features, and identify partners.
- Drive development of the GTM plan for building and scaling adoption of Amazon AI Services, interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, and collaborate with model providers and solutions architects to define and implement scalable GenAI solutions.
- Work closely with account teams and product teams to unblock and drive production implementations.
- Business and technology background enabling you to lead and drive engagements with customers from startups to multinational enterprises.
- Domain expertise in Generative AI and key ML‑powered use cases.
- Technical depth to articulate the benefits of Amazon Bedrock and other GenAI related services to data scientists and C‑Level executives.
- Understanding of GenAI market trends, ecosystem, and opportunities, and passion for market development and evangelism.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and partner with teams within AWS (product, solutions architecture, sales, marketing, professional services) and with external customers and model providers.
- Adapativeness in collaborating with AWS services teams, field solutions architecture, sales, marketing, and executive management.
You will interact with customers directly to understand their business problems, partner with other AWS teams, represent your team to executive management, and look for patterns and trends that can be broadly applied across industry segments or customer sets to accelerate innovation.
