Infrastructure Engineer; ServiceNow

We are seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Technology Services team. This role focuses on driving high-tier Service Now infrastructure development, architecture, and workflow automation within an Agile ecosystem to support key business operations.

• Design and implement business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflow automations.
• Manage Service Now environment pipelines effectively across Dev, Test, Staging, and Production.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations alongside Integration Hub spokes.
• Provide L3 support and collaborate closely with Solution Architects on platform design decisions.

5+ years of hands-on Service Now development experience.

Certified Service Now Application Developer (CAD) or higher qualification.

Demonstrated experience in Service Now Architecture, Administration, and automation skillsets.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and Angular/Service Portal frameworks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with ECPRO, MID Server, Discovery, and ITIL processes.

Hands-on experience or exposure to scripting with Git Hub Copilot, Gen AI, or Agentic AI.

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM or CIS-ITOM) designation.
