Who are we hiring?

This role is responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, and production support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) and Expenses. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and IT stakeholders to ensure system reliability, accurate accounting outcomes, effective controls, and continuous process improvements.

The administrator will support implementations, enhancements, integrations, reporting, security, and month end close activities.

What will you do?
  • Administer and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, FAH in a production environment.
  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support including incident triage, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and user support, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Monitor scheduled processes and interfaces; resolve failures and proactively identify recurring issues.
  • Coordinate patching impacts with stakeholders; validate changes and communicate release impacts.
  • Support and troubleshoot Subledger Accounting (SLA/FAH) setups and accounting outcomes across AP/AR/FA/Expenses.
  • Resolve accounting exceptions such as posting failures, invalid accounts, journal import issues, and balancing problems.
  • Assist in establishing and maintaining accounting controls, reconciliation routines, and audit support documentation.
  • Period status management, close dependencies, and close issue resolution.
  • Subledger to GL reconciliation support (AP/AR/FA/Expenses).
  • Support for financial reporting, trial balance tie‑outs, and variance analysis.
What do you need to succeed?
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least GL, AP, AR, FA, and Expenses (strong depth in 2–3 modules preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes: P2P, O2C, GL close, and fixed asset lifecycle.
  • Experience troubleshooting accounting results and transactions; comfort with SLA concepts and journal flows.
  • Experience with data loads (FBDI/ADFdi) and transactional troubleshooting.
  • Experience with OTBI and/or BI Publisher reporting support.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with Finance leaders, end users, and IT teams.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines (especially during close).

Pay Range $96,000—$170,000 USD
