• Digital and Technology projects
• Work in agile environment with different teams (Development, Product, Operations and Design) to assure the QA coverage.
• Plan, deploy and manage the testing activities for any given engagement
• Drive improvement in test methodologies and technologies for test automation, reporting, traceability, and defect management
• Use the agreed Test tools /Trackers and Environments to execute the test scripts and create all test deliverables and results
• Ensuring each product release meets well defined high quality standards
Supporting in the career development of test engineers
An agile, experienced team.You will work in a flex open space, with a scrum master to help guide the process and a product owner to represent the business' needs.
Competences & RequirementsExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Manage an QA team for the development and execution of test cases
Drive testing automation, scripting and regression testing utilizing offshore test automation engineers
Track and analyze support and field regression data to identify new policies and procedures necessary to ensure high quality releases
Engineering or Computer Science background is a must.
6+ years of relevant QA experience
Superior analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
1-2 years of people management experience
Technologies /Tools you'll work with and need to know…Agility, TDD, Automation, Continues Integration, ALM, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Appium, Devops.
