Oracle Fusion Benefits Lead Responsibilities

• 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. Must have been part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM Cloud Implementations.
• Good working experience on Compensation modules.
• In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud Compensation business process and data flow.
• Client‑facing experience in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go‑live.
• Provide consulting on best‑practices guidance on business processes and implementation.
• Design and build/configuration of complex requirements for Compensation in Oracle Cloud.
• Interpret business requirements for Compensation to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud.
• Write complex Fast Formulas for Compensation.
• Conduct design workshops and create workbooks and documentation to support system design.
• Migrate data from varied legacy systems for Compensation modules.
• Good understanding of Integrations, HDL, HCM extracts, data conversion for these modules.

Experience:

>10 years.

Compensation: $100,000 to $185,000, dependent on location and experience. Eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including medical, dental, disability insurance, paid time off, and other leave options.
