Role Summary

The Manager, People Analytics & Workforce Intelligence is responsible for delivering enterprise workforce analytics, reporting, and data‑driven insights that support strategic HR and business decisions. This role operates as a hands‑on analytics leader, combining advanced data management skills, deep knowledge of HR systems (Oracle HCM and external vendor platforms), and strong business acumen across Total Rewards and workforce strategy.

Scope & Impact
  • Supports enterprise HR and Total Rewards strategy through analytics and insights
  • Owns core reporting, dashboarding, and analytical deliverables
  • Works cross‑functionally across HR, HRIS, IT, Finance, and business leaders
  • Contributes to process improvement and capability building
  • Influences decision‑making through data insights, not policy ownership
Core Responsibilities
  • Workforce Analytics Delivery

    • Develop recurring and ad‑hoc workforce analytics for recruitment, hiring, retention, turnover, demographics, DEI, performance, compensation, and workforce planning
    • Produce executive dashboards and reporting for leadership decision‑making
    • Translate data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations
  • Data Management & Integration

    • Manage end‑to‑end workforce data lifecycle: data collection, cleansing, validation, transformation, and integration
    • Integrate data across Oracle HCM, ATS, performance systems, and third‑party vendor platforms (benefits, compensation survey, equity, engagement)
    • Ensure data consistency, reconciliation, and integrity across systems
  • Analytics & Technical Execution

    • Perform advanced analytics: trend, statistical, hypothesis testing
    • Support predictive and forward‑looking insights (attrition risk, demand planning)
    • Use tools: SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Excel, Python or R
  • HR Technology & Reporting Infrastructure

    • Partner with HRIS and IT to enhance Oracle HCM reporting, data architecture, and system integrations
    • Support automation and scalability of reporting processes
    • Contribute to data governance standards and reporting consistency
  • Business Partnership & Insights

    • Partner with HR and business leaders to define business questions, align data requirements, deliver actionable insights
    • Support workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational effectiveness efforts
    • Present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation

    • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, analytics capabilities
    • Stay current on analytics best practices and emerging tools (AI, automation)
    • Contribute to evolution of self‑service analytics and workforce intelligence capabilities
  • Qualifications (Level‑Aligned)
    • 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or HRIS/Data Analytics
    • Strong experience with Oracle HCM reporting, data extraction, and downstream analytics integration
    • Experience with third‑party Total Rewards data sources (benefits platforms, compensation survey, equity platforms)
    • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and advanced Excel
    • Experience in data cleansing, validation, and integrity management
    • Analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving capabilities
    • Preferred:
      Python or R, predictive analytics, experience in complex, multi‑entity organizations, AI‑enabled tools, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    Leadership Competencies (Manager Level)
    • Analytical Thinking – structured problem‑solving and data analysis
    • Execution Excellence – high‑quality, accurate, timely outputs
    • Collaboration – works across HR, IT, business teams
    • Communication – translates complex data into actionable insights
    • Continuous Improvement – identifies opportunities to enhance processes
    • Technical + Business Balance – comfortable across both domains

    Salary: $125–145,000 annually + discretionary bonus.
