Job Title: Technical Business Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)
Location: Dallas, TX (Preferred 4 Days Onsite/Week) OR New York, NY (3 Days Onsite/Week)
Duration: 6+ Months
W2 Contract
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with Commercial Real Estate / Asset Management experience to support IT initiatives, data integrations, dashboard development, and reporting projects for real estate investment teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with asset managers, analysts, and technology teams to gather requirements, validate data, and drive business solutions.
Required Skills- 5 10 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Commercial Real Estate industry experience required.
- Strong understanding of real estate KPIs, asset management, investment data structures, and stakeholder terminology.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Experience with Quickbase (low/no-code platform).
- Strong experience with:
- Power BI
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to validate data relationships and support dashboarding and integration projects.
- Experience working with asset managers, investment teams, and business stakeholders.
- Support IT projects for Real Estate and Equity teams, including international stakeholders.
- Coordinate Quickbase integrations, data flows, dashboarding, and reporting initiatives.
- Gather and document business requirements for data integrations and analytics solutions.
- Participate in data analysis, automation, and reporting enhancement projects.
- Validate data relationships and support development teams with data modeling and integration efforts.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Commercial Real Estate Asset Management experience.
- Financial services or investment management background.
- Experience supporting dashboarding, reporting, and workflow automation initiatives.
