Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing the need for travel.

• Develop comprehensive manual test plans and cases that align with project requirements and user expectations.
• Analyze test results to identify patterns and root causes, contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Support and guide less experienced team members by sharing knowledge and best practices in manual testing.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high‑quality software.
• Contribute to the refinement of quality standards and testing methodologies to elevate overall project outcomes.
• Work 5 days away per quarter as mandated by the client.
• Work onsite at the client’s office three days per week.

• Minimum 5+ years of SQL + Tableau testing experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of QA Automation experience, including Playwright.
• Advanced proficiency in Tableau.
• Associate’s Degree.

• Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Playwright, automation testing tools, and QA.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Hourly Salary Range: $50.00 to $54.00 across California, Cleveland, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, and Washington.
