Email Marketing Designer​/Developer

Our client, a leading media company, is seeking an Email Marketing Designer / Developer to support their creative marketing team. This is a contract role lasting up to 26 Weeks, and it is Hybrid in the office 4 days per week and remote on Fridays.

• Conceptualize and create responsive, on-brand HTML emails optimized for various email clients and devices.
• Develop and maintain modular email templates and design systems within ESP platforms to ensure consistency across campaigns.
• Design engaging digital assets such as banners, paid social creatives, animations, and multimedia content for different customer lifecycle stages.
• Apply front-end knowledge to code or troubleshoot email and web assets, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accuracy.
• Conduct quality assurance testing on digital assets using industry-standard tools before deployment, resolving any rendering issues.

• 4+ years of proven design experience with a portfolio demonstrating successful revenue-generating campaigns.
• Hands-on experience designing and coding responsive HTML emails, familiar with email-specific constraints across major ESPs like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or Iterable.
• Curious and adaptable with AI tools impacting design and email development workflows.
• Experience creating display banners and digital ad assets adhering to industry specifications.
