Position OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and accomplished individual to lead with a strong focus on Databricks. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and strategic expertise in Databricks. In this strategic role, you will drive our Databricks differentiated offerings, presales and solutioning efforts in the Databricks Business Group. You will collaborate closely with the Databricks global alliance lead and specialized sales team, to drive joint go‑to‑market efforts that leverage our proprietary intellectual property (IP) in our chosen industry and process focus areas.
Your leadership will be instrumental in strengthening our partnership with Databricks and enhancing our global presence.
- Define and own the existing and future set of offerings with Databricks we take to market
- Work closely with R&D teams, marketing and sales to create and take these offerings to market
- Provide Presales and Solutioning support to the sales organizations
- Work closely with clients both as part of the GTM motion as well as on the project delivery part
- Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver to the value proposition of the Databricks CoE and its contribution to the organization’s growth
- Own the talent strategy and build for the Genpact’s Databricks business
- Partner with the Databricks global alliance lead to cultivate and nurture an effective relationship that aligns with mutual goals and objectives
- Collaborate on joint initiatives, sharing insights and perspectives to enhance the partnership’s impact
- Leverage the proprietary intellectual property (IP) owned by the company in our chosen industry and process focus areas to create differentiated offerings on the Databricks platform
- Drive the identification, assessment, and development of solutions that merge our IP with Databricks /AWS services
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and execute joint go‑to‑market strategies that showcase the combined strengths of our company and Databricks
- Develop compelling messaging, collateral, and sales enablement tools to support business development efforts
- Lead a team of experts to architect, design, and develop innovative solutions that harness the capabilities of Databricks while incorporating our industry‑specific insights and IP
- Ensure solutions align with best practices, standards, and compliance requirements
- Leading modernization and migration strategies for legacy system transitions to cloud‑native, AI‑ready architectures
- Develop and communicate a compelling AI strategy that leverages Databricks AI and ML capabilities to drive business value and competitive advantage
- Lead the integration of AI/ML capabilities into our service offerings, including Generative AI and LLM‑based solutions
- Establish best practices for responsible AI deployment, including ethics, transparency, and governance frameworks
- Guide clients on AI adoption strategies, ROI measurement, and organizational change management for AI transformation
- Databricks AI capabilities and solutioning
- Establish the Databricks Business Group as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to webinars, white papers, industry events, and other knowledge‑sharing initiatives
- Drive engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and expertise
