Seeking a full-time Senior Product Designer to own end-to-end UX design for Solana Foundation web products, focusing on user research, information architecture, and interaction design in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities- Own end-to-end UX design from discovery and research through wireframes, prototyping, and final specifications
- Conduct user research and synthesize insights to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences
- 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX depth
- Proven ability to design complex B2B or professional-grade web products
- Experience with desktop/web environments and strong web design craft
- Familiarity with AI tools and basic frontend development languages (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Comfortable working with design systems in Figma
