Position Title: Software Developer - GIS

Expected Duration: 12+ months, possible extension based on business needs

Job Type: Hybrid

Pay Range: $75/hr.

- $80/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base.

Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.

• Support Clients Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.
• Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.
• Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc

• 5-10 years of experience in administration, support, and development of ArcGIS applications
• 5-10 years of experience in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications
• Experience in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administering ArcGIS server sites
• System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
• Publish services and administer user roles and privileges
• Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
• Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt
• Provide status of the tickets to the client SME
• Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications

• Utility Experience (Plus):
  Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives
• Windows servers knowledge and experiences

  Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
