Job Description Network Operations & Support Provide L2/L3 operational support for enterprise network environments, ensuring high availability and performance of LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center networks.

Monitor network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues.

Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Participate in on-call rotations and lead resolution of high-severity (P1/P2) network incidents.

Palo Alto Firewall Management Administer and operate Palo Alto Networks firewalls (physical and virtual), including policy configuration, NAT, security zones, and routing.

Perform firewall upgrades, rule optimization, and security audits to maintain compliance and reduce risk.

Troubleshoot complex firewall and VPN issues, including site-to-site and remote access VPNs.Cisco & Meraki Network Administration Configure, operate, and support Cisco routers and switches ( Nexus, ISR, ASR) in enterprise environments.

Manage switching technologies such as VLANs, and QoS.Administer Cisco Meraki environments, including MX security appliances, MS switches, and MR wireless access points via the Meraki Dashboard.

Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues across branch offices and corporate locations.

Network Design & Optimization Contribute to network design, architecture reviews, and technology refresh initiatives.

Recommend and implement improvements for performance, scalability, resilience, and security.

Support network segmentation, Zero Trust principles, and secure access models.
