We are seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Power Platform to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong track record of delivering scalable business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Power Platform SME, providing technical leadership and best practice guidance across teams.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (Cloud flows, Desktop flows, integrations)
- Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, reports, and analytics)
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Lead solution architecture discussions and ensure adherence to governance and security standards.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems (e.g., APIs, Azure services, SharePoint, Dynamics 365).
- Drive performance optimization, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
- Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, solution audits, and technical assessments.
Minimum 7+ years of experience working across the Microsoft Power Platform.
Required Skills- Power Automate (workflow automation, RPA, integrations)
Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft Dataverse
- API integrations and connectors
- Experience in end-to-end solution delivery, from design to deployment.
- Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
