Product Management is responsible for driving the overall user experience, feature strategies and concepts, and engagement paradigms for Disney Entertainment & ESPN's global portfolio of consumer‑facing streaming and digital products – including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN, ABC, ABC News, Nat Geo, Marvel, and Star Wars.

• Define clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, localization, design, engineering, and other product teams.
• Communicate project updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant parties.
• Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.
• Translate Marketing use cases and messages into technical data requirements.

• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Deep understanding of messaging platforms, customer data platforms, content management systems, and digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience building dashboards using Tableau, Looker, or similar software.
• Proficiency in SQL and HTML.

The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $148,700 - $199,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
