- Serve as a senior technical authority for Microsoft 365 and Exchange, including hybrid Exchange architectures.
- Design, implement, and maintain Exchange Online and Exchange On’Premises environments, including mail flow, transport, migrations, and coexistence.
- Lead messaging and directory migration initiatives, including tooling such as Quest On Demand.
- Own and integrate email security platforms, including Proofpoint, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange, Hybrid Exchange, and Active Directory
- Experience with Proofpoint
- Ability to think outside the box and proactively suggest effective solutions
- Capable of leading and contributing to design sessions
- Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with other teams, understand their requirements, and recommend the best possible solutions when teams seek guidance on how processes and systems are implemented
Strong experience designing and supporting Microsoft Teams including Voice / Calling solutions
