Windows Systems Engineer

As a Windows Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure for a retail-focused organization. This position requires a strong technical background to ensure the seamless operation of Windows systems and related technologies. Description Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based systems to support business operations. Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure security and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure. Document system configurations and create user guides as needed.

Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Continuously research and recommend technology advancements to enhance system performance. Power Shell, Azure/Terraform and Windows fleet automation Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems and related technologies. Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization technologies.

Experience with system automation tools and scripting languages. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively. A proactive approach to identifying and solving technical challenges. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
