This is a high-stakes "hunter" role designed for a closer who understands that Autopilot is a paradigm shift, not just another software solution. You will identify and close 6-7 figure deals by proving that Autopilot fundamentally changes cost structure and operational capacity with a transformative digital workforce.
What you’ll do- Autopilot Specialist
:
Focus exclusively on high-value enterprise deals centered on Atera's AI Autopilot. Educate the market on automation vs. autonomy. - Value-Based Business Cases
:
Build sophisticated ROI models. Identify AI initiatives within organizations to position IT as a gateway for broader AI efficiency. - C-Suite Mastery
:
Act as a peer to CTOs, CIOs, and CISOs. Discuss AI ethics, data privacy, and the long-term strategic impact of autonomous agents. - Strategic Field Sales & Expansion
:
High-touch role with ~35% travel to trade shows and stakeholder meetings. Land enterprise accounts, then expand as their commercial owner.
- 7+ years in Enterprise Software Sales with a track record selling complex, technical solutions to the CTO/CIO suite.
- $250K–$1M+ deal size — proven history of regularly closing at this range.
- AI fluency: able to articulate the logic of AI agents, LLMs, and autonomous workflows with authority.
- Self-starter with the grit to build pipeline from scratch, collaborating with Enterprise SDRs to multi-thread and crack accounts.
- Hybrid & mobile: 3 days/month at our One Penn (NY) office; willing to travel for trade shows and key accounts.
