Senior Associate, Platform Engineer

Role Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, development, and service/operation of the enterprise pro-code AI agent platform on Azure, including Foundry integrations.
• Develop highly available, scalable, and reproducible Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform); implement CI/CD pipelines for platform components and configurations.
• Implement security & compliance controls across identity (RBAC) and policy guardrails aligned to enterprise/regulatory standards.
• Operationalize Microsoft Foundry and related AI/ML services to enable agentic applications; create run-books for development teams.
• Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting for reliability and observability.
• Manage global environments and self-service tenants.

• BS in computer science/engineering/statistics (2+ years relevant experience) OR MS (0+ years) OR associate’s (6 years) OR high school diploma (8 years).
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops/Git Hub Actions).
• Collaborate to maintain key informational content and drive platform adoption.
• Superior problem-solving and communication skills.

• Familiarity with telemetry/observability (metrics, logs, traces) to analyze agent performance and behavior.

Ability to perform complex data analysis and incident triage.

Hybrid; occasional business travel.

Annual base salary range: $79,; bonus target 7.5% of base salary; 401(k) with matching and additional retirement savings; paid vacation/holidays/personal days; caregiver/parental and medical leave; health benefits (medical, prescription drug, dental, vision).
