Title: Sr. People Soft Security Administrator
Location: Mineola, NY (Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Sr. People Soft Security Administrator with 10+ years of experience supporting and implementing People Soft HCM environments.
Candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, testing, implementing, and maintaining People Soft HRMS security solutions across multiple HCM modules, ensuring compliance, data protection, and seamless user access management.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain People Soft 9.2 security solutions, including roles, permission lists, row-level security, Fluid security, and user profiles.
- Configure and support security across HCM modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Self-Service, Pension, and Training Administration.
- Collaborate with functional teams, DBAs, and system administrators to troubleshoot security issues, migrate security objects, and maintain security documentation.
