Network Architect Position

We are looking for several network architects! As a network architect with us, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and further developing modern and secure network solutions for companies with high demands for availability, robustness, and security. You will work in complex environments across technology domains such as OT, IoT, data centers, and enterprise – and help shape the architecture that enables effective operations, digitalization, and increased security.

You will participate in the entire lifecycle from architecture and design to implementation and consulting, and use your experience to create comprehensive solutions that support both business needs and security requirements.

Here you will work closely with experienced professionals in cross-functional teams, and be an important contributor in developing and standardizing network architecture for some of Norway's most exciting companies – both in the public and private sectors. We envision that you have:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the network field or equivalent
• Experience from several domains within network technologies, for example OT, IoT, Enterprise, and data centers
• Solid background from complex network environments, including technologies such as BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, and firewalls
• Experience with preparation of both High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
• Experience with products such as Zscaler, Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper, Illumio, or similar solutions
• Experience with architecture and design based on principles such as Zero Trust and Software-Defined Networking (SDN)
• Competence in security modeling of traffic flow, policies, and access control
• Knowledge of and interest in automation within networks and security, also in environments with OT and industrial systems
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in Norwegian and English
